However painting high walls can be a challenge.
Here is how i do it with limited tools no help no scaffolding without dragging out the extension ladder and without a lot of time and energy.
An extension roller is a paint roller with a long handle that will allow you to reach your high ceiling.
Alternatively you can buy a stair leveler which is a small platform that fits onto your stairs so you can prop your extension ladder on it and reach the ceiling.
Scaffolding gives you the largest base from which to work when painting an 18 foot ceiling.
It does an amazing job.
If you don t have access to a ladder or if the only ladder you have is too short there are some tricks you can use to get the new paint all the way up to the ceiling.
But first a warning.
