Ob bamboo gt 1 point 3 months ago i m going through a similar problem i don t think it s the battery or bms tested those things and the voltage seems fine.
Some small splinters of wood came with it so if you want to avoid that you should use some heat.

So i charged my board over night and when i went to ride today the remote had the fully charge light blinking so it wasn t fully charged but the charger light was green.
