It was clean when we arrived just as listed. The free open bus travels half hourly through all madeira beach and stops upon hailing. Cycles are carried free of charge on the beach trolley which goes by the condo every half hour from clearwater beach to st pete s beach and beyond and stops just outside ocean sands. It receives direct sunshine from about 2pm the sunsets are often spectacular.

This condo is great. We have already booked in ocean sands for next winter but it certainly is not this unit. Date of stay february 2016. We love madeira beach and ocean sands condos great pool beach and sunsets but this unit is way over priced for what it offers compared to others.

From the private balcony there is a wonderful wide view of the coast from treasure island up to the end of sand key. This condo is the best one we ve stayed.
